Totally disorganised. Supposed to have a named agent looking after you but invariably passed from one to another. Some of their communications were appalling and lacked common sense and basic English. Would not recommend to anyone

In reply to the RL response G Finch is an Internet name. I did use your Company and may add that Matt and the other chap at Keyworth were excellent however the WB office was appalling. I shall not name names but I did request the one in question to be taken off my case. It did not happen.
