Sold our house via Royston & Lund Keyworth office. They produce good quality sales particulars and were happy to amend with some further suggestions from us. Property quickly sold after 2nd viewing. Took a while for the sale to complete due to purchases solicitors being slow but Matt, Harry and Sarah kept us informed, responded to our emails quickly and chased the buyers and their solicitors regularly, keeping us informed of the progress. Their chasing did enable the sale to complete for the asking price

I mostly dealt with Ria at Royston & Lund who was extremely polite, informative and thoroughly helpful. All the team I've dealt with have been excellent including Natalie and Suky. Would definitely recommend this agent to sell your house. They achieved me a price greater than other local estate agents wanted to list the house for (as the others wanted a quick sale).. 5 star!
