We can’t rate Royston & Lund highly enough. They were instrumental in helping us complete our sale and purchase during a particularly tricky process—not through any fault of their own. Matt and Harry were fantastic, with excellent communication, and went above and beyond throughout the process. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

Totally professionals and a caring team .<br>we have moved to Llandudno from Tamworth last Friday 4 months after we should have moved ( 1st time buyer walked away ) .Big thanks to Jodie for badgering and keeping all parties on their toes as there were times we wondered if it was going to happen. Suddenly everything clicked into place and with Sally helping Jodie we finally have made it 500yds from West Shore with beach views.<br>Thank you again from the heart of our bottom ????????????.if your every over this way ....bring your bucket and spade ....we would love to see you ????????????

Since in the past we had good experience with Royston & Lund Estate Agents we decided to use their services again. Graham Sheardon inspected the property, had a good discussion with us and suggested a market price at which the property was advertised. From then onwards we were regularly informed about the interest in the property by Alex Mills. There were lots of ups and downs while the house was advertised but with the perseverance of R&L staff, especially Alex Mills, with her negotiating skills the sale was finally agreed with buyers. Then Lucy Neath took over as the Sales Progressor. She communicated regularly as to how the sale was progressing and responded promptly to any questions or queries we had, especially with the buyers or vice versa. We would like to thank all the R&L staff at West Bridgford branch for the help and support they gave us. Best wishes from Sardul Gill and Inderjit Gill

We received efficient service from across the sales and letting teams when selling a property recently. The letting team helped a siting tenant find a commensurate rental. The sales team worked hard to find a buyer and managed the purchase process with clearly communicated information. I

So helpful with our house recent purchase. Where our own solicitor continually failed with prompt communication, in particular Kirsty & Will stepped in. With different issues throughout the process Kirsty and Will helped us move forward to completion.<br>Couldn't recommend Rotson Lund highly enough!
