They were generally ok, but they did miss some important details from the description of our property.
Photography was good.
Trying to arrange viewings which they were able to facilitate was difficult. They were not as flexible as we would have liked.
They were also the agents for the property we were purchasing and this was our main reason for selecting them to market our house.

Currently going through process of buying and selling properties through R&L. The team have been excellent so far and supported us fantastically well through all steps. Shout out to Shannon Morley who got the ball rolling from a Sales perspective, the whole team have been very efficient, kept us informed of all updates and made it a stress free !

This has been a terrific experience. I was really impressed with the first meeting, valuation of my property and discussions about how they intended to market my home. Everyone I have had contact with has been beyond helpful and I'm thrilled at how quickly our home had an offer, which we were happy to accept. I can't recommended these guys enough. Let out a house on Foden Road that had rats inside the house, mould, dirty inside, stains, wires under the bath, a boiler that is not fit for purpose and then tried to tell me that the issues that were in the house previously were done my myself! I was told by Jade (ex-employee) the Landlords friend works/owns Royston & Lund so the checks were obviously not done properly prior to me moving in (explains boiler). My child suffers with Asthma and has been constantly ill GP said it was due to mould an damp but when I informed Royston & Lund they promised someone would come out but that person never did and then they served me with a Section 31! Don’t use these estate agents they are a joke!
