Whilst it took a while for our property to sell in a not so bouyant market, we were always given good, honest advice. I know Royston Lund as Mark Evans, whom I dealt with originally prior to his retirement. Royston Lund then took over the business and continued their excellent reputation, and also honoured Mark Evans original quotation.
We mainly dealt with Sally but all of the team were equally attentive and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again should we come to sell.

I recently met with Gags to discuss the options available to me regarding the sale of my property and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received.
From the outset, Gags took the time to explain everything in clear, straightforward terms, making what can often be a complicated process easy to understand. He carefully talked me through all the available options, including when and how to sell and provided a realistic and honest valuation of my property based on current market conditions.
What really stood out was his professionalism, expertise and extensive knowledge of the property market. His wealth of experience was evident throughout our conversation and it was reassuring to know that he has strong connections within the wider industry.
Gags was friendly, approachable, calm and genuinely listened to my circumstances. At no point did I feel pressured. Instead, I felt he was representing my interests as an individual and helping me make the right decision for my situation, rather than focusing on just selling.
He was also completely transparent about fees and costs, which I greatly appreciated. His honesty and integrity gave me confidence and trust in the advice he provided.

I can’t recommend Jodie and the rest of the team at Royston & Lund Tamworth more highly. Superb service, so friendly throughout the whole sale, she got back to me straight away on every single email and was supremely proactive the whole way through. Brilliant buying experience, made the entire process thoroughly enjoyable. 10/10

We’ve had an amazing experience dealing with Royston and Lund. Jodie was extremely helpful, the communication was excellent and it always felt as though she had both buyer and sellers interests at heart. Cannot recommend enough! We’ve had experience dealing with other estate agents and the difference is night and day - we will definitely look to use them above any other agency in the future.

We had appraisals by the top four estate agents to choose from for our area. Gags, of Royston and Lund, stood out as the only one who went to the trouble of researching our property and area so as to provide a bespoke information pack. This was all done before he had even entered have his first viewing. It was useful not only to potential buyers but to us. We were very impressed.

Let with Royston Lund for 8 years (before their letting operations moved out of house) and just completed on a property sale with them.
They have always been fantastic and I can find little to fault them over the years that I was with them, and the way they managed the invitable bumps that emerged along the way.

Superb. Matt and his whole team are very proffesional and knowlegeable. They provided us with superb advice, supported us all the way and sold our house quickly and efficiently for the asking price. I could not fault them in anyway. I am so glad we used a local firm with local knowledge. Thank you Matt and thank you the whole team.
