Great agents from start to finish, submitted a request in Rightmove to view a property and Lindsay called within 5 mins, and was more than happy for us to view without having ours on the market. This lead to the purchase of said property and sale of two properties with Royston and Lund. Every member of staff we dealt with were helpful and professional, Kieran, Liz and Sam in Sales Progression - special mention to her, she is a saint for dealing with solicitors day in day out, without her I’m sure we would not have completed when we did, so thank you! Couldn’t fault them, from start to finish all the staff were helpful and patient.
As first time buyers we didn’t really know much about the process of buying a house but Liz talked us through everything and answered all the questions we had.
When calling the main office with queries all the staff were super helpful and nice, would 100% recommend Royston & Lund to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

Excellent job selling our house.
The director Alex turned up for the first meeting, was polite, professional, but not pushy to get us to hire them - a more than pleasant surprise.
It was our first time selling a house and the team were patient explaining all the steps - who does what and translating some of the trade jargon when needed. Communication was very good throughout the process and at the end when push came to shove Samantha did not hesitate to lean hard on various parties (mainly slow solicitors) to wake up and get on with it. On completion day our chain of five was completed at 16:44 with a deadline of 17:00 and I am absolutely convinced if it wasn't for the flood of emails and phone calls that Samantha made - as we ourselves also were - we would not have completed that day.
Once we had moved, we sent her some flowers as a thank you because she was that good. We are more than happy and the price they charged was very reasonable too.

From the get go Royston and Lund were very professional, attentive and helpful. The sales team including Kierhan, Liz and Lindsey were great and the pictures taken of the house were of good quality. We had a few issues with a seller pulling out and a quick turn around time and everyone in the team tried their best to sort things out.
Without Kirsty I don’t think our sale or purchase would have gone through. She was amazing and was in it with both sides of the chain to ensure things were progressing how we wanted them to.
Overall a positive experience and a great company. Thank you

R&L Ashby have been incredible from start to finish on the sale of my house, from the beginning Lindsey was keen to get me the best price and showed interest in what i wanted rather than just giving opinions. Lindsey was always so quick to get back to me on any questions and was always at the other end of the phone. The photos i had for the property were INCREDIBLE you really cant compare to any other estate agent out there, they're amazing. would recommend Royston and Lund to anyone for sales or renting of their property as i considered both! all the team at Ashby every time ive been in have been so welcoming, Kieran and Liz in office are excellent and the whole team are amazing at what they do! thanks R&L xx
