At a financially difficult time, Royston and Lund has done an exceptional job in getting my property on the market in such a short amount of time with some amazing photos and drone footage, showing what the house really looks like. Used Royston and Lund to sell our property recently, once it didn’t sell in week one they seemed to lose interest. Communication and feedback non existent throughout the process, never once got a call to ask how it was going or to suggest why we hadn’t sold. Once we handed our notice in to remove the property from the market they never even asked why or asked if they could do anything, I’d choose an agent who’s interested in your property.

We have recently sold our property with Royston and Lund and would highly recommend them as an estate agent.
We had tried to sell 2 years ago, but due to a number of issues decided to take our house off the market and tentatively came back onto the market with some anxiety in April 2024.
From the moment Graham came to provide us with a valuation and an exact marketing plan we have been really happy with the service from start to finish.
Their communication is informative but not too excessive, which we had found previously. We were treated with professionalism and a personalised service. Being provided with advice and support at those key moments, whilst being listened to, which was not our previous experience with another agent.
Kieran, our Sales Negotiator, assisted with the planning of viewings and negotiated with interested parties for us which resulted in us getting a higher price than we were anticipating.
Sam B, Senior Sales Negotiator, then assisted us every step of the way for our sale and fought our corner, using her persistence in getting the completion date agreed by all parties, when no one else was taking the lead.
No question was too small and our anxiety moments from our previous experience were soon put at ease by the knowledge and friendly approach all the team had.
We cannot thank the team enough and we are now very happy in our forever home.

If I could give this company a minus star I really would.
Sadly our mum died last year and we were in the emotional situation of selling a much loved house,full of memories,and a house mum had loved.
Royston and Lund made this one of the most upsetting experiences!
Having pictures sent to us from the buyers solicitor of people in our mum's bedroom taking pictures opening drawers and children running around.
All this while we were clearing mum's possessions, cash, private papers and personal items. We were not told of the visit, which had been stipulated originally.
The sign of a good company is how they handle issues and complaints like this!
Let me say......... Royston and Lund were disgusting. So much so that I am going through the ombudsman!!

Royston and Lund recently sold my late mother's flat in West Bridgford. I can't fault the service provided by them from start to finish. The staff were extremely courteous and continually provided me with updates regarding viewings etc. Once sold the sales progression team were able to make the path to completion extremely easy.
I would recommend them if you have a property to sell without reservation.

Currently going through process of buying and selling properties through R&L. The team have been excellent so far and supported us fantastically well through all steps. Shout out to Shannon Morley who got the ball rolling from a Sales perspective, the whole team have been very efficient, kept us informed of all updates and made it a stress free !

As a landlord, the property was rented below market value, all they do when managing is forward messages to and from your tenant. Albeit slowly.
As a tenant, they told me future landlord I had ccj's which I didn't, causing me to almost lose the property, I had to pay 12 months up front because of this, slow to release deposit and tried to wangle deductions under light cleaning.
Communication wise they are completely incompetent.
