Shockingly poor communication from this estate agent, booked a viewing 8 days in advance. Arrived at the property no one to be seen, phoned them to be told the vendor never confirmed the viewing so this wasn't going ahead. They could have told me this before I dragged my 1 year old across town in rush hour and my partner left work early as they will have known this for a significant period of time! You think they would be keen when the house has been on the market for 4 months! Avoid if you can!... Read more

Bought a property through Royston &Lund Keyworth branch, very happy with our service from first viewing to completion. Jake was first contact who conducted viewing and allowed us plenty of time to look around, and knew answers to questions if he didn’t he was on phone promptly with an answer, also Samantha kept us informed at each stage of process, Matt also followed up a couple of queries for us, each time when we contacted the office Sarah and the sales team were very helpful polite and professional.
