When my aunt asked me to arrange the sale of her bungalow after she moved into a nursing home, I contacted 3 different estate agents for their views.
Following their valuations and subsequent correspondence my aunt chose to go with Simon Miller.
It has taken a good few months to find the right buyer given the slow market but we got there in the end.
We would like to thank Andrew McGinty and all the staff at Simon Miller for their help in achieving exchange of contracts today with completion due to take place next week.
