We had a great experience with Simon Miller in the sale of our house. It was a very protracted sale stretching over a year and a half for various reasons however they showed great tenacity and never gave up on getting the deal across the line. There were a number of issues towards the end when it finally looked like the sale was happening but the team and Hayley in particular was great at absorbing our stress and responding to emails. Would recommend.

We are very pleased with the speed at which the property was valued and photographed in readiness for launch . E mails sent by us were responded to almost immediately and we felt very confident in the hands of period homes and Jeremy Bamford

Got the house, but last minute pressure tactics over the phone weren't welcome. Red flags in how they sell properties, trying to pry at budget information, etc. A higher sale price means better commission for them. Squeezing and rinsing what they can when they shouldn't be.<br><br>I know estate agents have this sort of reputation, but why contribute to the stereotype?<br><br>Try to leave those tactics out of the equation in your future dealings and you'll earn more respect from your customer base.

We went on the market during a tough time for sellers but thanks to the tenacity of Tony, Hayley and the team at Simon Miller we had plenty of viewings, resulting in the all important offer from a proceedable buyer.<br>Once under offer, we received great support and advice during the process of the sale and purchase and have now moved into our new home.<br>Many thanks
