I hate to do this however I feel really upset the way I have been treated post signing the contract hence thought of leaving a review so it can save someone from the hassle. Sure lettings have been very insensitive to my basic needs after moving into a property and have responded sarcastically to my emails. Inventory check was incorrectly done by the staff which we all know is very critical, I responded to the inventory report post checking each of the details in the property so that I am not penalized at the time of leaving (a lot of details on the inventory report was false). To this I get a response that I am complaining!!! So is a tenant expected to accept false information and get penalized whilst leaving the property. I would request you to avoid their property and don't get carried away by before sales service. My basic requests are been unanswered. Think before you decide to take their service.... Read more

My experience in finding a property to rent in Littleover area was really getting tougher and tougher by each passing day until I met Elizabeth Fenlon from Sure Lettings. She is a phenomenal person who was so kind to help me at each stage, from viewing to other paperwork until it was all sorted. She is excellent at her role, and is very friendly. I moved from London to Wales and hired one of their vans. The pick up was pretty straight forward and the drop off was the same. I did make a note of all the marks marks I picked up the vehicle and took pics just to cover myself. No hidden costs etc and no issues. I have seen some negative comments but I had no issues.... Hired a fiesta in March, unfortunately suffered a puncture, phoned enterprise, they advised me to phone AA, they repaired the puncture, took car back, didn't think anymore about it until this morning, when I looked at my bank statement, they're taking £95.70 for the puncture repair!! When I phoned enterprise about it, apparently its in the small print, they only cover mechanical damage! No one explained this when I hired the car through my insurance! I won't be using them again! If I could award the manager, Kim, and her assistant, Shane, zero stars I would. I've used Enterprise for many years and this is the branch where the staff, through their total lack of professionalism, forced me to use another rental company - Europcar. Having rented a car from this branch for two months, with some satisfaction, they were informed a week before the end of the contract that I wished to extend for another month. On the morning of signing the extension I was informed that they would not do this. This was without notice or valid explanation and left me and my wife having to source another rental car. This caused disruption to our plans for the whole of that day. The Company makes a pledge to protect its customers from Covid, however, when it was asked if, upon returning the car, my wife could be dropped off at our home, twenty minutes away, this request was refused. We were informed that the best they could do was drop off at a bus or train station - in a pandemic? This was totally unacceptable and resulted in us having to return the car to another depot approximately 70 miles away. The happy ending to this sorry story is that I discovered Europcar were more professional and they rented me the same car for 100.00 cheaper per month. I would recommend anyone to price check Europcar. I have recently discovered that this branch has deducted sums from my account. After several phone calls to discuss they have been unable to offer a reasonable explanation. They have not been able to provide an itemised breakdown of costs? How can this be possible? I have charges against my credit card that Enterprise will not explain. Avoid this company.... Read more

WOULD RATE 0 STARS IF IT WAS POSSIBLE!!!! I rented a property through surelet initially which was then managed and not maintained by the landlord! Surelet only did the check in and check out reports when I rented this property!! They had nothing to do with anything else in regards to managing the property whilst I occupied this said property... only to suddenly pop up and defend the crook of a landlord when a dispute was made over the deposit by myself! They did all this landlords dirty work!!! And even involved there Director - Paul Saunders! The dispute was raised due to poor living conditions mold ect... which the landlord completey denied and these cow boys backed up!! The point I am trying to make is surelet are liars! And only have there commission and landlords best interests at heart! Do not rent a property through these lot!! They don't care about tenants! And aslong as a landlord is paying them you haven't got a chance!!! AVOID THIS ESTATE AGENTS!!!... Read more
