Disappointing Experience with Sure Sales and Lettings Burton
I am disappointed with Sure Sales and Lettings Burton. Despite repeated calls, I was kept waiting and, upon finally reaching them, informed that the property I was interested in is already let. Frustrating experience.

We have recently purchased our new house through Sure Sales and Lettings, the whole process from viewing to completion was handled with sheer professionalism. In what has been a very busy time for many Estate Agents the team were always on hand to answer any queries. A business WhatsApp chat was set up between myself and the agent, this proved to be invaluable especially as we were purchasing from outside of the U.K. I would thoroughly recommend, a 5 star service.

I rented an apartment from Sure lettings for 3 years. Their system works through PropetyFile which makes managing bills & requests very convenient. Everyone who i talked with were always very informative and professional. Rosena, who managed my property was always very helpful, responsive and friendly, all and all i had an excellent experience with Sure Sales and Lettings.

Sure have been amazing in every aspect of our letting process, most estate agents "look after" thier clients until the deposit is paid but Elizabeth kept us in the loop at all points got back to us everytime she said she would. We even had an issue due to the previous tenants and the director called to sort it personally. This Estate Agent will treat you as people rather than a sale and I would be Sure to recommend them to anyone considering using this great team of people!

I made an application in order to see an apartment in person, which I presume was rejected. Sure let called a few days later and I unfortunately missed that call. After calling back numerous times and leaving multiple messages with other staff I still have not had a call back for 5 days. A simple curtesy call or email would have been appreciated but I have had nothing. Incredibly unprofessional and awful customer service.

Good lettings agency but can take a while to do repairs,but would recommend not letting the handyman they use round to do the repairs,Andy Hasell scs, he does half a job and makes a mess and so my landlord had to end up paying out for a professional handyman to redo his jobs, pay cheap pay twice, but overall sure sales are a friendly team of staff,they just need to get rid of their cheap cowboy andy scs and theyll be spot on

I had a rocky road with Surelet in the early days and was in no way a fan, however since James Norman has been managing the property my son and I live in I have to say the service has greatly improved. Prompt and professional responses to any queries or issues. He deals with matters with understanding and empathy as well which has been much needed in the last few months. I would definitely recommend James. Thank you ????????

Great experience from day one, lots of communication and knew exactly what was going on at all times, understood the situation i was in too and even understood when running late for viewing, did everything to speed it up and all down to sophie barley she is a credit your company, if she worked for me she would win our extra mile monthly award for what she did.

I gave them two properties to manage. Both had rules of no pets. Both properties were let with tenants who had pets due to lack of checking by Surelet. Both properties suffered damage, but was not reported back after their periodic checks. renewals were supposed to be 6 months contracts - they arranged 12 months! I have just sold one of the houses, and new owner has carried on with Surelet. But I am still getting the rent for it! after notifying them I have sold it. They are now asking me to go into the bank to transfer the money back...cowboy outfit, avoid if you want your houses properly managed!

First time letting and the whole team have been fantastic. Replied quickly where as other agencies haven’t replied at all. First viewing with Charlotte Channell who was fantastic and despite the tennents leaving us waiting made us feel at ease and secured us other similar viewings the next day! Second and third viewing were with Sophie Barley and Mitchell Baker who again we’re so welcoming and really made you feel at home in the properties. Both have continued our application and final letting and could not be happier. So efficient, friendly, professional and understanding. Whole team is fantastic.

this worthless so called agent took money of me failed to carry out a repair, blamed the tenant.
I had to carry out a exist inspection as the idiot must gave been asleep and blind!
they charged the tenant for my inspection!
DONT USE THEM THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY, LIE AND BLAME LANDLORDS AND TENANTS!
so csllwd franchise owner did not have the bottle to see me following serveral requests!

Cowboys, could not sell my property or let it successfully. Interested only in tenant find fees and collection of management fees. No proper communication between landlord and tenant before let and very unprofessional throughout. Avoid at all costs. They choose problem tenants with bad credit and poor vetting, through systematic agencies who they do not reveal. DO NOT USE them if you are a landlord, as they will create huge problems.
BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU SELL THROUGH THIS AGENT AS THEY LURE YOU INTO A CASH SALE, WHEN IN FACT IT WILL BE A CHAIN SALE AND MONTHS DOWN THE LINE IT WILL FALL THROUGH, LEAVING YOU NO CHOICE BUT TO LET.
THE OWNER AND AGENTS HAVE A TRACK RECORD OF POOR MANAGEMENT. THE REVIEWS CANT ALL BE WRONG!

The service is disastrous! Everyone was aware on our moving in date but no one was willing to do anything until we pay application fee (even though we had provided all our details and contracts). We were not able to view the property beforehand so we requested the pictures which we got two days before moving in date and realised that there is reconstruction taking place in the apartment! The agent (Emma) did not provide any details about this when we were confirming. Absurd. The extra fees are ridiculous too!

It's said that selling/buying a home is one of the most stressful times. But right from the start at valuation with Andrew, the viewings and offers dealt with by Claire and Kate, and throughout the sale stage with Rosena, the Sure team in Burton & Littleover eased us through the whole process with care and attention, responding to and dealing quickly with all our communications. I have nothing but prays for they guys. They have been fantastic, from the first phone call to conferming the booking and then texting to hope everything goes well. We visited a house and Katie Bradey who showed us around was nothing but polite and understanding, my disabled friend was grately appressiative of Katies understanding of her situation and being apologetic over not being able to except her benefits as an income, which is so much better than she has felt with others we have spoken to. We even had a phone call after to ensure everything went ok and to see how we felt about the property. The level of customer care has been second to none. In conclusion these guys will be one of the first I will refer anyone to when looking for a home not just a house. Heres to hoping they can find is something :)

I have always found them helpful both in terms of management of existing properties as well as marketing when tenancy agreements end / new properties are acquired. The Derby office (especially Lara) is extremely efficient at providing answers to questions and sorting out issues.
