We had our house valued in January with Mat who explained everything thoroughly. He didn’t make us feel rushed or pressured, therefore we booked for him to come back to take photos the next day which he did to a high standard. JNP managed to sell our home within 5 days!!!
We were then passed to Janet in sales progression, she could not have done anymore. She truly went above and beyond and nothing was too much. We are extremely grateful for the help, understanding and advice we received from her throughout the whole process.
We get the keys to our new property at the end of the April, meaning it was just over 3 months from valuation to completion!
We did use JNP solicitor recommendation and were assigned Jess. I cannot sing her praises enough, she was extremely efficient and kept us in the loop throughout. She was easy too communicate with and easy too reach.
We will highly recommend JNP and will use them in future.

Recently bought a house through JNP. The team were extremely helpful. I was dealing mostly with Janet who was very helpful, and tried to answer any of our queries in short time and chased things on our behalf. Will definitely recommend.

Dealing with JNP has been an absolute pleasure - their smooth, no nonsense, open approach to sales has been a brilliant experience for me and my family. We are all on a first name basis and find the whole team approachable, professional. Whenever we have any issues that need addressing Janet is always quick to get them sorted after a quick email. Would recommend to others.

We have found both Nathan and Martin at the High Wycombe Branch to be a pleasure to deal with. What an unusual experience these days to deal with such good customer service both were mature in their handling of new customers and showed experience in their field thus giving us confidence in dealing with JNP. JNP were recommended by our daughter who is also experiencing a similar level of professionalism.
