Hands down the most fantastic estate agents we have ever used (and we have moved quite a lot!). We both sold and bought with them over the summer of 2018. From start to finish, Tracey and her team were just brilliant - knowledgeable and passionate about the local property market, really thorough, chasing things up on our behalf, spotting problems and helping to fix them whenever they arose, and helping us sort out some post-move issues (caused entirely by us, though accidentally) with grace and good humour. When we needed a second surveyor, they made a speedy and excellent recommendation. When things seemed to be going slowly and I emailed or phoned in, Tracey/Simon/Kate were already on it and had often already found a solution. They were professional on viewings, and without them there is no way in the world we would have found the house we did and managed to get it without their negotiating skills, and their thoughtfulness and kindness in helping us.
