The sale of my property in Downley completes today and I have been impressed by the professionalism and support provided by the whole JNP team throughout. Trying to sell in the current climate has been extremely difficult, but they have always been there at the end of the phone and providing regular updates. A special mention to Caroline Dowdy, whose service and attention to detail is second to none, nothing is ever too much and she has been a delight to work with from the moment we walked into the office and met her. Not a great experience. I pretty much understood the tone of the lady showing me the property when she said "the tenant will selectively be picked". I sent an email enquiring about what their terms and conditions where foe selecting tenants and did not receive a response. I now avoid the their propertied when searching.

Recently, we had to find somewhere to move in a short space of time, we dealt with Lloyd who was very helpful, and helped things run as smoothly as possible. This was our first experience moving through a Lettings agency, and despite the 100’s of questions we had, Lloyd always responded back in a timely manner. I cannot recommend JNP highly enough. I have now bought and sold through them, and they have been excellent both times. When deciding with whom to put our flat on the market, we were impressed with the no pressure style of Josh from JNP. Everyone we dealt with at JNP were experienced and knowledgeable.

Throughout the process, Josh made us feel like ours was the only sale/purchase he was dealing with!
