I’ve been renting with Vesper Group for the past 18 months and I can honestly say they are the best agency I’ve ever rented from. Their response time is incredible (shoutout to James) and the move process was made so easy for me (shoutout to Alicia). I’ve had so many awful experiences with other London agencies but they really went above and beyond for me and ensured my renting process has been smooth-sailing and problem-free. Super pleased with their services!

Awful experience.
Tried to call couple of times, no one picked up.
Only late replies in emails when there were replies at all.
I was talking with them through email to book a viewing. They asked for my availability, I replied 7 minutes later and they never got back to me. Now I see that the flat status is “Let Agreed”.

Jack and the Vesper team have been fabulous throughout my whole tenancy. Repairs were quickly resolved, contract renewal was smooth and well-communicated. Start and end of tenancy processes were equally easy and straightforward.

If I could give 0 stars I truly would, the most uncaring disrespectful money robbing agency ever known ! I would never ever recommend this agency to anyone looking to rent. They will do anything they can to take money from you but anything you need you’ll not get a response. once you’re in it you’re stuck! the staff honestly need to all be sacked if I could name names I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS I REPEAT AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Management are awful and don’t have any respect at all. If there was a head office or HR I could have contacted I would have
