Whitakers Anlaby have been amazing, especially Helen who looked after the sale of my property and was always at the other end of the phone or email to offer help and advice.

Right from the beginning Whitakers were on the ball. They contacted me within 1/2 hr of my email enquiry. The other agency I contacted never even got back to me. Good photos were taken, I was kept informed of all viewings and feedback, and the sale went through very smoothly. I would definitely recommend this agency to friends and family. The best estate agents we have dealt with.

Would love to give them a 5 star. They do work hard in chasing up information. Yet Towards the end, we found Leanne rude & hostile. Very sad. All our removal men were shocked. They heard everything…as I had my phone on loud speaker.
Our lovely buyer came to the house to reassure me. She mentioned some of the comments she made to her.
Moving day is not the time to let your professional approach slip so badly. Wish I had paid them after not before. It’s not always what you say but how you say it…that causes offence.

Overall very good. Quick sale. Good photos. Few mistakes made with dates when booking viewings which was inconvenient but quickly rectified. 2nd time using them and would definitely use them again.
