24th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)After 4 years of no problems our landlord chose to switch to Darlows because they were offering “a better service for landlords”... not only did this turn out to be the exact opposite for our landlord but our family of 4 (2 adults + 2 children) had to suffer over and over before we eventually had enough and were forced to find another property to keep our family safe & warm. The staff were buck passers who never dealt with anything that involved effort, as a result our landlord paid thousands for a new boiler and repairs that were unnecessary and could have been avoided if action was taken as it should have been (boiler leaked for 3 days and brought a ceiling down - we could not stop the leak and no one knew where a stop tap was!!) this is just 1 example I can assure you there are many more just as bad, our landlord is taking further action and ultimately had to sell the property. We cannot emphasise enough that as a tenant or landlord you are taking a big risk by using Darlows! I am sure more will surface in time. You have been warned.

12th Mar 2020 (4 years ago)I dealt with Jordan from Lucas Estate and I found him very professional and fast with both his communication and the actual selling of the house. I booked 4 different agents to come view the house, but in the end I went with just one as they were much better at just about everything, and I felt like they wanted to job more than the others.

4th Jun 2021 (2 years ago)We had 3 separate team members selling our home but failed to explain the basics when asked a simple question of our heating supply as we are of the main gas grid. Unf, the agents failed to identify the difference between the two large double bedrooms aswell as the Woodburner in the lounge area. On one occasion, the male agent left our property unlocked when he left with the potential buyers and after we returned home 2hrs.later nothing had been stolen thankfully.

13th Apr 2024 (16 days ago)I felt we had a very rocky start with the main contractions dealing with leaving. I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average

2nd Jul 2019 (4 years ago)I just purchased a bungalow and used 3EA-Three Estate Agents Talbot Green. Brilliant. They keep you informed as to everything that is happening and not kept in the dark about anything. Rebecca in the office is brilliant, feel as if I have made a new friend. Johnathan even came to the bungalow and opened the door to welcome me at my new home before giving me the keys. I am happy to recommend this estate agent to anyone.

It wasn’t until my contract ended and I chose not to continue that they actually promoted the house properly by which time I had to tell them they hadn’t removed it from advertisement as per my request. I wouldn’t use them again unfortunately
