24th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)After 4 years of no problems our landlord chose to switch to Darlows because they were offering “a better service for landlords”... not only did this turn out to be the exact opposite for our landlord but our family of 4 (2 adults + 2 children) had to suffer over and over before we eventually had enough and were forced to find another property to keep our family safe & warm. The staff were buck passers who never dealt with anything that involved effort, as a result our landlord paid thousands for a new boiler and repairs that were unnecessary and could have been avoided if action was taken as it should have been (boiler leaked for 3 days and brought a ceiling down - we could not stop the leak and no one knew where a stop tap was!!) this is just 1 example I can assure you there are many more just as bad, our landlord is taking further action and ultimately had to sell the property. We cannot emphasise enough that as a tenant or landlord you are taking a big risk by using Darlows! I am sure more will surface in time. You have been warned.

We were always kept informed of appointments, active in sending the feedback and offers through , and there was always good communication between all members of the staff and ourselves. The staff went above and beyond to make the selling process as smooth as possible for us as the clients. I highly recommend them.
26th Sep 2024 (16 days ago)We used Rob Fearnley very recently on a house sale. Would 100% recommend. So professional and attentive from start to finish. Queries were answered promptly and courteously and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely use again.

I dealt mainly with Chloe and she was brilliant at communicating throughout the whole process, always returning calls or emails promptly and giving regularupdates. She actually saved me a big delay, due to my surveyors, by noticing they hadn't been in touch with the vendor after they told we they would be. Overall I would highly recommend.

I must say that in addition to being a great professional that you can trust and contact at any time, she is a close, friendly person and if during the process you have questions or problems you can feel how she gets fully involved trying to find a solution. 17th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)Great advice from Martin on a commercial property that I own. With the help of Martin I was able to tie my tenants in to a long term lease suited to both of us. Having dealt with commercial estate agents in the past I have never had any sound advice….my opinions have now changed. Thanks again Martin and team. I will definitely be recommending yourself. See you in 10 years for same…bet your glad to see the back of us lol.

What you see is what you get with them old school but with modern touches. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

16th Jun 2022 (2 years ago)I would advise anyone selling their home to stay well clear of this estate agent complete waste of time and money would take me to long to write all the bad points but there aren't any good points I am not the only one who has had issues with her.
22nd Aug 2024 (7 weeks ago)Whenever you need something Gianni is the go to guy. Several times I sent him email in the evening or on weekends I was surprished that I got some concrete answers. Recently there are quite a lot ofworks going on within our development we are lucky to have him around.

31st Jul 2024 (10 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

They are very knowledgable in relation to the property markets, and as this is their sole business, and not belonging to a corporate office, this drives their passion to be successful in achieving and end result, whether in sales or lettings. Ashleigh and Conrad are very approachable and understanding in a clients needs, as well as offering the best advise regarding direction, movement and protocol regarding managing the property. I believe and trust the Barry team to deliver the best service one would expect from a property agent. You may try the rest, but, I advise to try the best! First!.
