16th May 2024 (17 weeks ago)We interviewed 4 estate agents the agent from Jeffrey Ross arrived on time was very knowledgeable regarding the area. His report was with us within 90 minutes. He returned the next day after a short chat he got the the job. He is in regular contact and the house is now under offer!

14th Apr 2024 (22 weeks ago)The initial valuation was far too high, consequently we had to reduce twice. We eventually moved to another agent. I was told the cost would be 1.1%, then the contract (when I eventually got it) gave a fixed fee. To be fair, a couple of the agents at PA Black were lovely, others not so helpful.

Further to the great support they sold the property on the first day!! You could not ask for more ????????????????

And in particular to Chirag who has shown me several properties over the last two days, who has been informed regarding the properties I viewed, given me practical knowledge on the area and has been personable & polite at all times. Thank you!
22nd Jul 2024 (8 weeks ago)I bought my house via this agency. They certainly did a good job, showing me round this, and several other houses. Also they communicated well when dealing with the purchase. The only letdown was on handing over the keys when I completed on the property. Could not access the entire house due to lack of keys, and the vendors very daftly posted the keys back to the house - certainly bad for security!

Communication had to be prompted from the start, no viewings until I suggested changes to the advert, the is no responsibility taken by the staff. They are more happy to ignore your questions and hope you go away. Steer well clear

23rd Aug 2024 (21 days ago)I have contacted fine and country 4 times to try and arrange a viewing on a property that we are interested in in Wenalt road rhiwbina Cardiff and they don’t get back to you. The seller is no doubt paying a lot of money to sell the property and are getting a really poor service. How many other people have tried to view and the seller lost potential sales. Very poor service.
