Rob Morgan did a wonderful job of selling my late parents house. Considering there was a bit of a family dispute, Rob, with his professional experience of many years in the estate agency trade managed to sort everything out and sell the house for a fantastic price. He also sold a previous house of mine for a top price. I find Rob and his staff are, professional, friendly and always ready to offer good advice. I will definitely use Rob again. We bought our first home and later sold with Brighter Moves. Can honestly say they made each transaction as smooth as possible. We faced hiccups along the way (nothing to do with Brighter Moves) however Bob remained personable, professional, and 100% had our best interests at heart. I can't thank Bob and the team enough for everything they did.
Buying and selling can be so stressful, the whole team are excellent, however Bob was especially compassionate and empathetic. I highly recommend this highly and professional dedicated team.

Bought a house in September 2021 SSTC. Fully aware of current tenants in property who has been served notice. Recently informed the tenants would be leaving end of November, had a call last week from Bob at Brighter Moves to inform me someone else had put in a higher offer now that the Tennants are moving out, and I would need to increase my offer even though my offer was accepted and SSTC to me. I have occured £250 solicitors fees, Bob is selling on behalf of his friend abroad, completely unprofessional and unscrupulous. I will NEVER use this agent again..BEWARE ???? I enquired into a property I found online and rang the agent (Bob). He advised me that the property was tenanted and he was looking to arrange a viewing. I was happy and asked Bob to contact me as soon as the property was ready to view.
Some weeks went by so I dropped an email to enquire with no reply. A few weeks later I was again searching zoopla and found the property was still for sale. This time confused I called the agent and again spoke to Bob who told me it was miles from him and he had been neglecting it.
A bit concerned, my reply was "do you want to sell this?". He said yes and would be arranging it within a few days.
A week later I received an email late Wednesday night asking if I could view 10 am Friday. I replied asking for Bob to call me the next day which he didn't.
Later that afternoon I emailed saying I could make 10.30 and was given the wrong house number in reply.
When I arrived on time I recieved an answer phone message advising me Bob was there, however he believed I had been and left. I returned the call to find out the house was the other end of the street.
After viewing I made an offer and advised I would speak to Bob later. To this day I have never recieved a call regarding this.
Friday I emailed Bob and he responded saying they had recieved a higher offer. I asked why he had not informed me so I could increase mine? He did not have an explanation.
Bob is quite happy to make people wait months to view properties. Drive 40 minutes to view properties and then not bother following up leads. If the seller is reading this please feel free to contact me. I believe you may have sold this by now if it was not for the most disgusting customer service by your agent.
My advice to you Bob would be to concentrate on an area you can manage. You have came across extremely bad on this occasion and your not only getting your business a bad name. Your also give the seller a bad experience.

I completed on a house last week. Brighter Moves Estate Agents have been excellent from the the day I first viewed the house to the day I moved in. They offer a friendly, professional service from beginning to end. The agent, Andrew Walls, was particularly helpful throughout the process. He was always available to answer any questions and to offer advice. He was available via text, phone or email and he answered questions really quickly and was always friendly and knowledgeable, which really helps to put you at ease during this stressful process! I am delighted with the new house, and Brighter Moves were first class.
