21st Apr 2023 (1 year ago)From the initial valuation with Adam to completion with Jo, the whole team took care of everything for me including accompanying prospective buyers and held my hand through the whole process. I have to be honest it’s been quite a lengthy journey and I couldn’t have done it without their dedication to the final goal. They kept me up to date every step of the way and always on hand should I need any assistance or re-assurance. Certainly would recommend.

8th Nov 2023 (6 mo. ago)We didn’t have one viewer from them, communication was awful, promised to call on several occasions but never called once. We have sold our house with the previous estate agent, we was with before moving to Belvoir.- 8th Dec 2023 (23 weeks ago)We were with Taylors for 12 weeks until we decided to leave due to having only one viewing. We felt the house was accurately priced however one viewing leaves us wondering about the marketing quality as other houses similar to our last in the area had sold. On a personal note the agent we dealt with was friendly, helpful and answered any questions swiftly.

3rd Nov 2023 (6 mo. ago)I have lived in my apartment for 3 years, my ancient boiler got condemned two weeks ago along with the cooker which was here when i moved in, it took the landlord nearly a week to respond to residential estates about the issues, then i was advised by residential lettings to report the landlord to the council disrepair department which i did and i may add i have a vulnerable child in my care as well, the council got in touch straight away and chased them up, 11 days later i get contacted by the gas engineer company to tell me the date of the new boiler, still nothing about a new cooker, i have spent a small fortune on food and electricity feeding us and keeping us warm, no contact from residential estates, they tried saying at one point that I couldn’t be contacted which is a lie, my roof is leaking i cannot sleep in my bedroom as the ceiling is wet and starting to mold, the wall is soaking wet! Not heard anything about the roof either, is this acceptable? Freezing cold, no cooker, cold wet bedroom? Lack of communication, no oil heaters which was said was going to be brought to the property? At this point I expect compensation and the issues to be dealt with swiftly!

She was able to meet nearly all of the prospective buyers, despite being on holiday for part of the time, which I found very helpful when deciding who to sell to.

- 18th Aug 2023 (9 mo. ago)Absolutely dreadful company. Communication had to be prompted from the start, no viewings until I suggested changes to the advert, the is no responsibility taken by the staff. They are more happy to ignore your questions and hope you go away. Steer well clear

27th Nov 2023 (25 weeks ago)Called into the new Remax office in the high street as I had recently inherited my father’s house. The house was in a bad way and needed a lot doing. I told this to Stan who assured me that he could find a buyer for me with no problem- in the current market I was sceptical about this, having been told by multiple different estate agents exactly the same thing. Stan came out to see the property and gave me a figure higher than I had in mind, and slightly above what the other agents had said. He then told me he had a cash buyer ready and waiting. Fast forward 2 days, before he’d even taken marketing photographs he’s done a viewing, and got me a cash offer above what I was expecting / hoping. The sale then went through a breeze, with Stan & the team keeping me updated multiple times per week. From the valuation to completion took under 3 weeks. I cannot praise this company enough. They’re new round here, but my god they know what they’re doing! Super friendly, super knowledgeable and results speak for themselves. DO NOT HESITATE TO CONTACT THESE GUYS THEY ARE AMAZING!!!!!!! Thank you again remax for everything, when I next need to sell I won’t bother going anywhere else!- This agent doesn't have any reviews
