6th Jul 2024 (21 days ago)They couldn't care less. We had nearly 20 years of ignored issues with mold, blown windows, broken pipes and much more. Every time we reported an issue we would be told they would get it sorted and it never happened. Now, after being evicted under the lie of "the landlords want their house back" we have discovered they never wanted their house back and it is now up for sale elsewhere. So go for Ian Perks if you want to be ignored and lied to for your entire tenancy!!!?? edit: due to photographic proof of the treatment from them, ian perks have reported us for harassment, thus attempting to sweep their mistreatment of tenants under the rug, and proving the point that they do not care

Elisha, in particular, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She was always available to answer any questions I had and made sure everything went smoothly and quickly. The house itself is perfect for my needs and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home. The entire renting process was stress-free and efficient, thanks to the excellent communication and assistance from Elisha and the team at Hunters Estate & Letting Agents. I highly recommend renting a property through this agency, especially if you have the pleasure of working with Elisha. 10th Jan 2024 (6 mo. ago)It has been one and a half years since Centrick took over the management of my property, and it has been a terrible experience living in my flat. They have been unprofessional, entering my flat without permission, and constantly seeking excuses to evict me despite timely rent payments. They issued a Section 21 notice, and now they are increasing the rent significantly, requiring me to undergo referencing again despite three years of continuous renting. They are also altering payment dates arbitrarily as a new agent takes over, causing unnecessary stress. Despite my attempts, senior management has not reached out to address these issues. I cannot recommend Centrick to landlords or tenants based on the distressing experience I've endured.

18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

However, I was not able to find a good property for me and my partner. Finally I found a great property with Trinity Property and explained my situation to Jay. He was a 100% supportive of the whole scenario and helped me out allot in making the process go faster. From viewing to moving in, it took only 6 days with all the process done with a huge help from Jay. I would definitely recommend Trinity Property and Jay. Thanks for all of your help.

Usually they don’t answer the phone/reply to emails but this week they have failed to show up for viewings twice (cancelling via email 40 minutes before). We are going to contact the seller directly. Do not sell your house with this agency, we are finding it impossible to even view never mind buy anything, house has been on the market for a long time now, reason being OPA won’t show it to anyone! No response via email or phone. Email attached was a cancellation when we were already there, didn’t show up the next day either.

20th May 2024 (10 weeks ago)BP Auctions have been anything BUT easy to work with. We’ve been chasing for updates on the sale of our property for weeks with no response. Every time we manage to speak to someone on the phone, we’re promised a call back that never happens. No one responds via email, and the whole process has been painfully slow from start to finish.
