We didn’t hesitate to use his family agency to sell our much loved home and were hugely impressed by the care taken throughout: the photography perfectly captured its essence, the feedback from viewings was excellent and Stefan handled our sale expertly and extremely sensitively, skilfully balancing the needs of both parties, which led to a quick and very smooth completion. They were rarely able to do viewings, so we had to do them ourselves. There was no feedback unless we telephoned them. We were told that a specific person would be dealing with our home, but this person changed 5 times! There seemed to be obvious problems within the staff. We are very disappointed.
