There was no pressure applied, but good advice given in relation to marketing. They achieved a sale price in excess of the guide and were completely reliable and trustworthy throughout.

They were rarely able to do viewings, so we had to do them ourselves. There was no feedback unless we telephoned them. We were told that a specific person would be dealing with our home, but this person changed 5 times! There seemed to be obvious problems within the staff. We are very disappointed. After the lockdown we shall be changing our agent.

They found buyers for both of the homes very quickly and the team were available all though the process with advice and guidance - especially with the second sale when it was bogged down with probate issues. Their patience and communication took a lot of weight from us. I'm looking forward to seeing what Alison achieves with the new brand and (slight) change in direction for the company and wish them all great success.
