Sam did a wonderful job striking a balance between acting for the vendors and taking our needs into consideration. It is easy to see that he loves his job. Martyn showed us initially showed us round the house and had great local knowledge. Everyone we had dealings with were helpful and prompt but a special mention has to go to Rhodri, who answered all our queries and kept us updated throughout.
