29th Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)Considerable over valuation of the property contributed to a long and unsuccessful sale process. They also favoured the seller’s needs over my own. Communication method are old fashioned (phone calls and voice messages with no content) all made for a very unsatisfactory experience. Avoid!

13th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)Tom and Joanna worked tirelessly to find a tenant for our property. The first tenant pulled out at the last moment so they had to start again. Then, last November 2023, we finally had a signed lease and a lovely tenant. Thank you guys and will be recommending SK to others.

Excellent contact throughout and regular updates on the sale which went extremely well. We had been in the same house for 40 years and needed to downsize.
