31st Jul 2025 (10 mo. ago)Kirsty who works in Prescot branch. She helped me so much, I was nervous, upset and worried of how I was going to get a new home. She explained every step of the journey, telling me not to worry all the time, she kept updating me daily on the progress and made me feel happy, regardless of how many times I text and rang her she was always willing and happy to help. I am not at the moment of moving in my new furniture, which I am so relieved and the process as been quick and now I can finally get some sleep. All the staff in the branch where very helpful at all times. Thank you all for all your help. Especially Kirsty who as helped me throughout in a lovely pleasant manner and smile. Michael was helpful and informative throughout the process, from taking time out to accommodate a second viewing of the property to assisting with general property queries such as meter readings and stopcock locations as well being available late on a Friday afternoon for us to be able to collect the keys. Would recommend Leaders, Warrington.

I would very highly recommend Kuavo.
8th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)I wouldn't call it a positive experience. There was an apartment we wanted to rent, so we requested a viewing appointment. The agent arrived and let us into the apartment, but when we asked for details, she couldn't answer any of our questions. There was no proper tour or explanation of the property. It was obvious that she could hardly wait to leave. There was no professionalism at all. The whole experience felt awkward, and she wasn't helpful in the slightest. We told her what kind of property we were looking for and asked her to take down our details and contact us if any other rental apartments became available. She didn't seem interested at all—she just wanted us to leave as quickly as possible. No one has contacted us since then. I wouldn't call her a real estate agent. I am glad I did, the team were efficient and organised and obviously specialists in this area. I had so many viewings, I lost count and now, only weeks later, I am sold, subject to contract!
