Excellent service from a reputable local company. Our house sold in a week. Their staff are experienced & it shows, unlike some of the other Estate Agents. Would use them again & recommend them.

The staff at Abode were extremely helpful from the start of our sales process to completion. David was great during negotiations and Ann was amazing when it came to any issues regarding other parties lack of communication. Would recommend.

Sales presentation good with nice pictures.
Handling of visits was handled well, especially with the Coronavirus restrictions.
With our buyer very helpful with negotiations and ongoing communication.
Finally very supportive as we exchanged contracts.

No real advice or strategies to help sell our home. Only interested in properties that sell straight away the rest just sit on books with no effort from abode. Never hear from sales progression they do nothing and don't reply to emails. Would not recommend at all. A lot less professional than other agents in the area. Have to tell them things numerous times and they still get it wrong. I could go on ....
