23rd Nov 2024 (18 weeks ago)We had absolutely no feedback with regards to interest in the property. No communication to discuss lack of viewings. Only had 1 viewing in 6 months and this person had already viewed the house with a previous agent. They didn't even have their house on the market.Bowen had no idea of this person's buying situation .

She communicated our queries to the landlady and came back with the assurance that we were looking for. Throughout the whole process we were guided along the way to a successfully acceptance by the landlady of the property that we were applying to rent. To Helen we wish her our kindest Regards. 31st Jul 2024 (7 mo. ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

Their expertise goes beyond the ordinary realms of agricultural good practice, with a team member at Rostons always able to assist no matter the issue at hand.

10th Dec 2024 (15 weeks ago)Myself and my partner used William Gleave Holywell in the sale of our house. It was a complicated sale and took roughly 6 months however the branch were fantastic in supporting the sale and seeing it through. Joe Williams was the instrumental estate agent who saw the sale through from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him and he was happy to advise and guide us both through the process whether than was on the phone or having a meeting at the branch. He is a credit to William Gleave. Amy Jones was also fantastic as branch manager since taking over, we will definitely be using William Gleave Holywell again if need be.

Rich was very down to earth and approachable, with no hard sell at any time, which was refreshing and the photographs were superb! Dan was always at the end of the phone for any queries and reassurance. They wrote the most brilliant 'write up' which read more like a story than a 'Property description' which made it stand out from 'the rest'. All in all a fantastic service and we would highly recommend their services. Thanks Rich, Dan & team. Bev & Jason
