Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

Really pleased with Bettermove, they sold my tenanted property to an investor within 10 days of listing it. Everything they promised they delivered on. Great communictaion and nice to speak to someone outside of office hours too. 5 stars!!

Overall I think it was a good experience, I was a bit apprehensive as it was all done online. I thought it was a lot less complicated than I thought it would be. Jake (one of their team) was always there if i wasn't sure about anything
Caroline, part of their legal team was also really good.

I used Bettermove to sell my house and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and proactive in getting my property sold.
Bettermove was able to secure an offer for my property within 24 hours of listing it with them. What was even more impressive was that they sold my property to one of their investors, which made the process even smoother and faster.

Pleasant but I wasn’t happy with the price they put my house on the market for. I was more than happy with the agreed price but then they walloped nearly £5k on top so they could make their money

Wow. Wow. Wow. I was just browsing the internet looking for an agent to sell my property and I stumbled upon Bettermove, the moment I made the initial contact, I knew they were a creditable company. I spoke to someone from the team and I was given a valuation which I thought was fair and proceeded with the sale of my property. It’s fair to say that the process has been going swimmingly thus far. If you want a hassle free agent then look no further. I would like to send a big shout out to Theo, you are a true legend????
