Well what can I say - if I could rate the Porthmadog 11 out of ten I would. My Mum sold her house in August last year but due to problems which had nothing to do with the estate agents, didn’t move until March this year. It was an extremely stressful time for us all but Claire, Steve, Helen and Hannah went above and beyond with their service. Such kind and thoughtful people throughout the whole period and I cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend them to anyone selling or buying a house. We used Bob parry as letting agents . From start to finish they were unprofessional to the point of rude . Unreliable, did nothing we paid them for from basic giving the tenants a copy of their contract and deposit information to refusing to pay the tenants back their deposit after they moved out. They constantly ignored emails , made a huge fuss about having to do viewing on weekends and then did not show up for viewers . Their communication was none existent . I have never ever worked with a company so blatantly useless . How do they even have any client base at all . We left as soon as we could and would never use them again even if they were marketing my dream home I just would not trust them . The amount of lies we were told , it was quite sad .... Read more
