I am trying to find the appropriate wording. Lets start with USELESS. As a Tenant & Tudor being the property mangers, getting a proper correct answer to any question is impossible. Who do you trust a USED CAR SALESMAN or an ESTATE AGENT. I know who I would choose. Disgraceful works procedure.

Absolutely dreadful experience. Dont reply and basically dont do anything. Avoid at all costs. No idea how they are still in business

Very off hand staff, sometimes positively rude. Phone almost never answered. Have failed to even acknowledge my numerous, polite emails, never mind actually give me an answer to my question. A one sentence email apologising for the delay would have helped but I haven't even had that. I would recommend steering well clear.

Not recomended!!! Be aware that contact with agency is impossible! No one pick up phones. Email respond longer than 5 days often. They not follow the law with deposit!!! Ignoring queries. Not interested of sort the problems in house or any issue after tenants agreement! The worse tenant experience ever!

Thank you to Catrin and her team for getting us across the line on a very tricky commercial transaction. They were a great help with liaising with the Solicitors and Landlord. Also very helpful with viewings and access to the property for measuring up etc. Thank you!
