10th Feb 2025 (11 weeks ago)Shocking .....the admin staff are officious rude and insulting... they hide in the bushes with cameras policing a shared car park like vipers... but this sort of behaviours may be needed in your defthe court room. ???? personally I would use another firm.
12th Mar 2025 (7 weeks ago)It's often said that moving home is a traumatic experience and I can't argue with that. All one can do is try to mitigate the stress which comes mainly from the sale of property. Key to this is recruiting an agent that is honest, realistic and helpful, a company that understands the need to plan and will give you an assessment of your property and situation that enables you to do just that. Bagshaws Ashbourne branch did so for me, which resulted in a prompt sale. Inevitably, problems did arise but they were resolved in a professional manner. Their local knowledge and communication skills proved invaluable and resulted in a transaction that satisfied the parties involved. I can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering either buying or selling a property.

Constant communication which was great and always constructive Good ideas on selling the house. Would highly recommend and we feel they got us a good buyer in a reasonably good time frame.

They are interested only in their commission proven by their dealing with landowners who have the most terrible reputations & previous track records. The conclusion, to this company you are simply a number on a spreadsheet as opposed to a human being. They simply do not care.

31st Jul 2024 (9 mo. ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
