29th Apr 2024 (25 weeks ago)Having sold our previous property through the excellent service of another branch of Savills, we registered with the Telford branch to search for a purchase in this area. Amy Meldrum-Beechey kept us fully informed about potential properties, some of which we viewed. Whilst on this occasion we selected a property being marketed by a different agent, we experienced the same quality of service from Savills as a prospective purchaser that we did as a vendor.
14th Feb 2024 (8 mo. ago)I have been trying to contact this estate agent to enquire about a property for over one and a quarter hours...no reply to my call...just an answer machine...I would be fuming if I was the vendor...very unsatisfactory... unbelievable in fact... I've been phoning on and off between 12.50 and 2.17...nothing....

I really felt that they were working for me rather than simply trying to turn around the property quickly. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone of my friends.

3rd Oct 2024 (20 days ago)Right from the start it was a great experience. Local knowledge helped in getting the valuation right. Everyone who looked at the house said that the photos were excellent and a fair representation of the house. During the sale the staff in the office were fantastically helpful and as our sale took place on Saturday it was great that the office was open all day. An amazing service.

31st Jul 2024 (12 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could- 18th Aug 2023 (1 year ago)Absolutely dreadful company. Communication had to be prompted from the start, no viewings until I suggested changes to the advert, the is no responsibility taken by the staff. They are more happy to ignore your questions and hope you go away. Steer well clear
