27th Jul 2020 (4 years ago)After or sale fell through and we decided not to sell, gates estates refused to give us or upfront payment of £1100 back saying it was non refundable. This wasn’t mentioned at the signing of contract only this was a deal which was used to compete with the internet agents which had to be paid upfront. The contract even says refundable after 21 days notice and nothing about no refunds. The matter will be dealt with through the small claims court. A very stupid act from Ryan gates as i doubt gates estates will be trusted in birdwell hoyland and hoyland common by the time I’ve done.
