They are genuinely warm, approachable, and professional people who worked incredibly hard to achieve a very strong sale price for the property.<br>What impressed me most was their commitment to keeping the transaction moving. They consistently chased all parties involved, including solicitors and buyers, and stayed on top of every detail right through to completion. Whenever progress slowed, they proactively followed up and did everything possible to keep matters on track.<br>I know I probably tested their patience at times with my many questions and requests, but they were always helpful, responsive, and supportive. Their dedication and professionalism made a challenging process much easier to navigate.<br>I would like to sincerely thank both Richard and Emma for all their hard work and support. The whole team was friendly, professional and always willing to help, making what can be a very stressful process much easier.<br><br>A special thank you to Braid Parsons, who went absolutely above and beyond for us. She kept on top of everything from start to finish, always kept us updated with excellent communication, and explained every step clearly so we always knew what was happening. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and her dedication and support made a huge difference throughout the process.<br><br>We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better service and would highly recommend William H Brown to anyone buying or selling a home. My calls were always promptly answered in a polite, professional manner; when it came to viewing properties, Belvoir made that process easy and straightforward. I am highly satisfied with the property I eventually chose with Belvoir. Everything about their business proposition has been clear; along with being friendly, helpful and professional. 17th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
