The help and attitude I have received from them has been so positive which has made it so much easier for myself. I am especially grateful to Liam who has been incredible throughout. With me constantly ringing and emailing with anything I didn’t understand as it being my first property Liam was always quick to responds. Thank you and sorry for having to deal with me pestering you all ???? I have already recommended the branch and Liam especially to anyone who talks to me about buying a home and still one year later I am doing the same. I will always be grateful to you guys for helping me achieve this moment in my life as someone who didn’t think they could and for making it EXTREMELY easy and beneficial for me! Really disappointed at the ‘Tactics’ used by this branch to blank out a genuine buyer willing to pay full market value and sneakily selling to someone else for £20k less and taking advantage of a delicate situation which involved bereavement for the selling family. Not good practice at all! I would never want to deal with this branch and trust them with a property as they purposely ignore calls and messages! But answer straight away when ringing from a different number and return calls as well to a different number!!! Very unprofessional and unfair trading practices which the Property Ombudsman would love to hear about!

15th Nov 2019 (4 years ago)Booked a viewing for a property I was interested in ls8, agent arrives late, rushed the guide of the house and had lack of information about the property, in the end I placed a bid then never heard from them after that, rang up a few times kept getting told I would get a call back, few months down the line I see the same house for LESS than my original bid, lost out on a sale due to poor customer service.

From the moment I stepped through the door, I felt welcomed and at ease. The property owner, with their kindness and cooperative nature, made my stay exceptionally pleasant. The overall environment of the house was serene and calming. The peacefulness enveloped me, allowing me to unwind after long days. Moreover, the neighborhood itself contributed significantly to my positive experience. It was a community where friendly faces greeted me, and where safety and cleanliness were evident. I wholeheartedly recommend this rental property. With its kind owner, serene atmosphere, and excellent neighborhood, it deserves nothing less than a 5-star rating.

There were a few problems at the lower end of the chain (no fault of Logic) but they kept me well informed & they were professional & did their very best throughout. Will certainly use them again.
