She simply will not answer emails or return calls. Nothing professional about her at all but I guess when you pay peanuts you get monkeys! ???????

If your buying a property and DM Hall have done the home report please please check everything as they just tick everything off as ok without checking and from what I hear they take payments from sellers to make reports more attractive. Just check everything as they are not to be trusted.

5th Dec 2023 (22 weeks ago)Graham and Sibbald have been our landlords property management company for over 10 years and we have just been taken over by Westport property Dundee - and I must say the best Christmas present I could ask for. Graham and Sibbald have managed 4 units of family run businesses and have been useless. Emails have been ignored now for months from all 4 tenants. We have all had to close our businesses on numerous occasions as the roof on the building is needing replaced and we are constantly flooded. The car park has no working lights as been reported numerous times with no reply. The stairs to the property are all loose - again reported numerous times with no reply. Front window was smashed in, they charged our business for the repair only to be informed but our insurance that the landlord is responsible for glass repair - we were only given 2/3 of the cost back as said they could have found someone cheaper. 3 days with Westport property and the roof is being replaced next month, lights are replaced , stair been repaired - professional and efficient customer service - highly recommend Westport property if you need your property looked after properly and to have happy loyal tenants- This agent doesn't have any reviews

Cant fault bastion at all , highly recommend if you looking to sell your house these are the people you want representing you. Many thanks Bob C
9th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)The team at simple approach worked with me over many months on a difficult portfolio of properties that I was left to sell on behalf of a family member. For Tom and Christy, the workload involved never seemed to be too much bother, they were both always prompt and frienldy and always welcomed contact at any time. They would both go above and beyond to any resolve problems and wanted to relieve any stress that they could from myself. I really appreciate the hard work and effort that the team put in over many months and I would highly recommend this company. I would not hesitate to go to them again in the future.

Communication had to be prompted from the start, no viewings until I suggested changes to the advert, the is no responsibility taken by the staff. They are more happy to ignore your questions and hope you go away. Steer well clear

7th Dec 2023 (22 weeks ago)I cannot rate this company highly enough. Financial commitment is clear and agreed from the start. Once agreed Ashley and Dawn get the process moving quickly with exceptional communication all the way. Their marketing is super modern with use of professional photographer / videographer, using inside and outside shots and drone footage. Really showcased our flat in the best possible light and got a lot of attention and traction. They handled the negotiations with potential buyers very well, keeping us in the loop and following our guidance. We felt we were in very safe hands. The evidence was shown by the sale going through less than a week after the flat went on the market - and that in December! A brilliant team, they're friendly, professional and work to the very highest standards. If you’re thinking of selling give them a call. ????
