29th May 2020 (3 years ago)I have used the services of Carter Jonas in both Cambridge and Suffolk. They have repeatedly delivered excellent professional service when the markets have been both buoyant and not. They go the extra mile and are incredibly accommodating. I only once used another agent who over promised and then under delivered. I changed to Carter Jonas again (they were very gracious) as a result I had a buyer within days of the instruction.

29th Dec 2020 (3 years ago)Fine and Country we ok but I feel they could have been better........ The photos were taken in the winter but the house didn't get marked until June because of the pandemic. We felt that the external photographs did not show the house at its best, this was also commented on by a couple of viewings, therefore we discussed this with Fine and Country - their response was "well you approved the photos" . In light of this and having a limited viewings I took it upon myself to take my own photographys with my iPad which I emailed to Fine and Country and requested the pictures to be swapped.
23rd Apr 2013 (11 years ago)I've been with this agent a while but never again. I discovered this company was not 100% legally compliant and I noticed they often took shortcuts. The owner is often bored and uninterested and the orange woman in their office is unhelpful and has previously disclosed private information to other parties without my permission. I would not recommend them, will not be using their services any more and have thankfully now moved onto another much better agent.

21st Jul 2022 (1 year ago)They are great depending on what you want... They will market your house quickly, elicit offers quickly, get a decent price, so basically they can see snow to Eskimos. But their back of house sale progression side of things seems non existent, I've always had to chase them for info, sometimes more than once, I don't think I have had a call from them that wasn't initiated by me needing to know where we are.

He handled the sale of our property from Day 1 going above and beyond to ensure we were fully appraised of each and every step. He gave excellent advice and was happy to listen to us. Perhaps the best thing I can say is that we greatly appreciated his prompt and appropriate communication skills. He was always there in person, on the phone or by email when necessary. I would have no hesitation in using this agent again and highly recommend him.
17th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)Only £99 in estate agency fees. Sold in a week! Easy to use portal to load up property info and photos also respond to queries and set up viewings etc. Highly recommend if you want to DIY.

Communication had to be prompted from the start, no viewings until I suggested changes to the advert, the is no responsibility taken by the staff. They are more happy to ignore your questions and hope you go away. Steer well clear
4th May 2024 (10 days ago)Kevan Wimborne is an outstanding estate agent. Having met various local agents, he was by far the most understanding and knowledgeable. We discussed my reasons for selling and I felt he was immediately onside and focussed. Absolutely recommend.
13th Feb 2024 (13 weeks ago)Very unprofessional. Simon advertised a company(bar/nightclub) for sale as "confidential" to which i called and book an appointment. Turns out the club they were advertising is NOT the nightclub they told me over the phone. I have spoken to the owners of the club which told me its not for sale......Once i mentioned this i have received no reply. Feels very much like a "bait and switch" which in UK is completely illegal, reported to ASA for false advertising.
