Even after completion, Wendy has continued to be on hand to help with any questions we’ve had, offering ongoing support that really goes above and beyond. During our viewings and throughout the process so far, Dan has taken the time to answer our questions, provide helpful background information, and communicate with the seller whenever needed. His response time is excellent, always getting back to us quickly by email or phone. Dan is approachable, easy to talk to, and consistently professional. Although we are still in the process of purchasing the property, we’re very grateful for his support and guidance so far.

Ollie was very engaging and approachable, he took time to explain how Wards could help me sell my home, he listened to me and discussed my expectations of the service. He was highly knowledgable of the company and the housing sales within the area. He behaved very professionally. Wards have now completed my house sale. Not only did we have one person pull out of buying but as soon as that happened Wards were on the case, putting the house straight back on the market with viewings straight away which led to two potential buyers , one ofwhich actually bought the house. He didn’t try to sell or convince me to into anything that wasn’t aligned with me. He understood that I was in a difficult position and he showed me empathy and kind regard. He also recommended his colleagues in the Dover branch to take me to the next stage of my search and I spoke to Colton who also went out of his way to meet my budget and living needs. Overall extremely positive experience and I’m confident I’ll find the perfect home with their help,

From start to finish they have been so helpful and super communicative with us, explaining the process from end to end, and offering helpful guidance throughout. We really felt supported in the sale process and felt they had our best interests at heart. We also really liked the dedicated WhatsApp group for all sale related discussions - it was super easy and quick to get answers to any questions we had. We would happily work with them again if we ever come back to the Folkestone area, and would definitely recommend them to anyone we knew looking to go on the market.

Always keeping us updated and informed. Sandersons have made the whole process easy with friendly service and great feed back.

We have dealt with a variety of estate agents in the area whilst looking for a house and Martin and Co were by far the best, with a highly professional and non-pushy approach that values the buyer as much as the seller. Jessica was fantastic and always at hand to help with any questions in an efficient and friendly manner. Jessica delivered an excellent level of service and is a real asset to the team. Thank you very much to Jessica and Dave, we are thrilled with our new home.

Their team was kind, understanding, and consistently supportive throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent, and they regularly kept us updated while presenting suitable properties for us to consider. Finding us a new home clearly became a priority for them, and their dedication really showed. The whole team went above and beyond to make a stressful situation feel manageable, and they genuinely helped lift our spirits during a tough time. Although the purchase had no chain we unfortunately ran into a number of delays along the way. Despite the fact that we weren’t the ones paying Hunters the team were incredibly proactive in chasing things up and helping to keep the process moving forward. Their communication was exceptional – they kept us updated, responded quickly and were always helpful whenever we had questions.
