14th Jan 2025 (9 days ago)First class professional experience. Jack was very professional and friendly with a lot of knowledge the area, sales & potential buyers. He explained how the process worked and showed examples of previous sales in the area. Jack gave us the opportunity to be as much involved or as little as we wished. Very helpful with solicitors etc. His expertise has made the whole process of selling as stress free as possible, with regular updates from the whole team on the progression. 2nd Nov 2024 (12 weeks ago)My family have been connected with a house in Tankerton since the late 1800s and have owned it, through 3 generations, since 1945. Rather reluctantly we had taken the decision to sell it and requested quotations from several local Estate Agents. Christopher Hodgson provided the highest quote so we visited them and were struck immediately by the sheer professionalism of the firm led from the front by Will Raolfe. He was knowledgeable, approachable and responded to any queries we had quickly and efficiently. He was instrumental in driving the whole process forward and was constantly in touch with both sets of solicitors. Whenever I was worried about any aspect of the sale he was able to provide sensible and helpful advice. Without this I am sure we would have not achieved the result that we did. I should add that every member of his staff with whom we had dealings acted in a friendly and helpful manner and I felt that we really were in the hands of a truly excellent company. I can recommend Christopher Hodgson without hesitation.

31st Oct 2024 (12 weeks ago)Naomi, the manager took over £300 from my deposit for no justified reasons. Balcony something broke due to weather, on me. Dirty mattress prior, i used topper, still charged. Cleaning and oven cleaning over £100. Many things where X1 will need to cover for maintenance but they'll finesse tenants and make them liable.

I can fault them- 13th Jan 2025 (10 days ago)MR&J are very knowledgeable and helpful. All queries and questions are responded to promptly and the whole team are lovely to work with.
