They rent me a freezing house, it’s likes the same to be outside or even worst ! there’s not insulation in the house, windows are not double glazed, just in the kitchen, mould comes up, my wardrobes are completely wet my, I’ve asked to landlord to insulate the roof, but the house stills cold, the house doesn’t keep heated !!! Expending too much gas bills, and no one said anything about it ! So the winter it’s comes again and I’ll not be suffering again, in this fridge ! Ive tried to contact them about, but I didn’t get any answer, sent emails I’ve just get a short email with not much explanations. I’ll not gonna be sick again in this freezing house, and I’ll not recommend this state agency for anyone ! Avoid them !

Excellent. They gave a realistic valuation of our house and worked hard to sell it. Another local estate in the valley valued the house almost £20,000 less than we achieved.

Experience from beginning to end of sale was very positive. Our sale was less straight forward as we were out of area and it spanned the early stages of the COVID 19 pandemic and so was potentially very difficult to manage. Melanie was fantastic, she maintained really good communication between ourselves and the buyer and therefore ensured the sale moved along without a hitch. She definitely went above and beyond to ensure that the sale completed without any problems.
