From the outset, there was no bull about a list of twenty people waiting to view just a clear plan on how to best market the property. Photos arranged and then marketed appropriately, not just on Rightmove. Viewings limited to proceedable buyers so the quality of viewings resulted in a 3 day sale.

Wayne's concientious, efficient and personal touch is to be commended; Wayne has communicated with us from the viewing right through to completion and provided regular updates throughout the whole procedure. We could not be happier and Appleby's service is faultless. We would cetainly recommend him!

She responded promptly and ensured the problems were sorted and the purchase went through. I would recommend the Agents and Charley without hesitation.
27th Jul 2020 (3 years ago)The office at Naylor Powell were fantastic selling my house. Lots of viewings from day one, lots of communication and feedback. Very helpful staff who would have sold my house in days if it wasn't for covid. During the lockdown they kept in touch and when they started viewing again the house was sold in a week. I trust Naylor Powell and would recommend them.
