13th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)These guys do an amazing job. I purchased a do-er upper large house from them, and Kieran put in so much effort to make it go smoothly. From the initial house tour specially scheduled to our schedule to handling my unusual offer, Kieran really went the extra mile.<br><br>Whilst other agencies would probably have said 'here is a form to fill out' and left it at that, Kieran handled the whole process and dealt with the internal company paperwork and processes with ease.<br><br>Every few days Kieran was checking in with us (buyers) but also with the sellers, both sets of solicitors, various surveyors, etc - figuring out who was holding up the process and getting things moving again.<br><br>The total amount of work done was high compared to the selling fee - I'd say one is getting good value for money here too.

From start to finish they remained extremely focused, having to deal with a number of buyers over a 10 month period, before finally getting the sale over the line. My thanks go out to Emma, Gemma, Emily and anyone else in the Westcoast team I might have forgot to mention. Emily, our move manager, especially, for her determination in getting us through the move process, liaising with our vendors estate agent and eventually getting us into our new home. THANK YOU Westcoast Team, great effort.

From the very start, she was friendly, approachable and always happy to help with any questions we had.<br><br>Jenni (and the team) regularly checked in with us, kept us updated on what’s happening and was great at keeping things moving along. She also recommended some really helpful contacts, including a surveyor and mortgage broker, which made the process so much easier.<br><br>We would 100% recommend Jenni and the team at CJ Hole. The service and support we received were excellent, and we’ll definitely use them if we ever sell. Although having just moved into such a beautiful cottage, we’re hoping that won’t be for many, many years.

Charlie and the team did an excellent job and we were delighted with the result. They managed the process very efficiently, communicated well at every step and were professional throughout. We have dealt with Vicky and Tony throughout our house-buying journey, and they have both been absolutely fantastic.<br><br>From the very beginning, they have been friendly, professional, approachable and incredibly helpful. They have always kept us updated, answered our questions and gone above and beyond to make the whole process as smooth as possible.<br><br>Buying a house can be stressful, especially when there are delays and things outside of your control, but Vicky and Tony were always so understanding and reassuring.
