4th Jun 2026 (14 days ago)Kieran was very helpful and available to us throughout the sales process, even when he became a father, which is very committed to the cause! Hamptons are lucky to have such a dedicated staff member. He always got back to us when he said he would. There were a couple of problems at the start with the initial engagement contract with Hamptons but these, along with some general issues that I’m sure most, if not all house sales have, were sorted quickly and efficiently by Kieran which is what any seller needs. Thank you :-)

4th Jun 2026 (14 days ago)Our attitude about estate agents prior to meeting Nick and his team was very negative , “Money for old rope” “they just take a few pictures and do nothing else”. HOW WRONG WERE WE. Nick and his team were amazing throughout the process and we are recommending everyone we speak to that if they ever want to sell a property then they should go to Nick Griffith. Their attention to detail and onboarding process is fair, transparent and friendly. Throughout the viewing process they were honest, fair, respectful, tenacious, courteous but also salesy when needed to get the job done. During contract stage - they were just WOW. Chasing everything through, liaising with all parties and really working the chain to achieve success, well done all at Nick Griffith. These guys certainly earn their money and certainly are a firm to deal with in Gloucestershire and surrounding areas. We feel lucky to have met Nick and the team and we owe them a big thank you as we are writing this review sat in our new home (also bought through Nick) loving life!

She knew the area well and managed to answer all our questions regarding the property. This made the purchase of the house stress free and can thoroughly recommend. Steve and Jane.

He is incredibly trustworthy, professional and reliable. Emily was fantastic for staying on top of everything and followed through with the deal diligently until the very end to ensure a successful completion. They truly make a fantastic team and made our dream home come true. Highly recommended!

They’re both incredibly efficient and always quick to answer any questions — nothing is ever too silly, and they always take the time to listen and respond properly. Sigita has been my property manager for a couple of years now — both at my previous home and my new one — and she’s genuinely been amazing. She’s friendly, supportive, and always there to help with anything I’ve needed along the way.
26th May 2026 (23 days ago)I have recently completed on my Grade 2 listed property which was my dwelling for many years. It has not been an easy sale process but I have to say that Charlie Comber and his team at Hayman- Joyce, particularly Hermione Walls have kept me sane through their patient endeavours. It was somewhat of a painful process. However hopefully my property has passed on to worthy new owners. I cannot recommend Hayman-Joyce more highly, for being an enthusiastic and realistic estate agent.

6th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Absolute waste of time. Had a meeting booked for 4pm, rang up 20 mins before to say I couldn't make it face to face but could do a teams meeting. No link sent. Rang up to ask gor the link. No link sent. Continued to wait another 45 mins no link sent. Rang twice, No answer, quite annoyed. hasn't filled me with much confidence as a first time buyer. Thanks for wasting my time.

7th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)Updated review I was with Belvoir as a tenant for more than 15 years. Georgia Stephens has been part of that journey for many of those years I will admit that, when the company changed hands and they lost Nicola I was concerned However, Georgia has turned out to be a real asset for Belvoir. She understands that tenants are humans, and she shows empathy and care in her dealings and communications. She has gone above and beyond for me over the years, while still staying impartial and looking after the landlords interests and being open and fair. I am now in a new property, not under the remit of Belvoir. I can’t give glowing reports for everyone - but Georgia absolutely deserves it - her service and approach has at times restored my faith in Belvoir and has injected a much needed personable approach. I hope that they recognise this and she is equally appreciated there by her colleagues and superiors!
17th Jun 2026 (1 day ago)I was really pleased with the quality of photography and property listing produced. The process for accepting viewings and communicating buyer feedback via the street app was excellent and really simple. Overall a really good experience and I would definitely recommend.

24th Mar 2026 (12 weeks ago)Murdock & Wasley turned our first home purchase into a nightmare. They failed to disclose important information, were inappropriately pushy, very dismissiveof our needs and feelings, Forwarded our private messages to the sellers to pressure us into dropping certain issues, dismissively telling us to accept faults because "it isn't a new build." On completion day, we were ignored by the directors, the staff had a "very off" vibe like oh god this is them, our congratulations card wasn't even signed. Definitely an agent for if you want to sell not for first time buyer. They lack basic and professional standards and courtesy.

5th Jun 2026 (13 days ago)If I could sum up Hobbs Property Agents in a sentence, it would be 'Michael Hobbs literally turned the 'Impossible' into the 'Possible'. After a disastrous experience with previous estate agents and having buyers pulling, out leaving me in a very stressful and traumatic situation, I came very near giving up and taking my property off the market. Following a discussion with Michael, he convinced me to not give up hope and assured me with the most confidence that he could rescue this 'disaster' and sell my property. I always had every confidence in his professionalism and care, and was swiftly proven right as within a few weeks he found a buyer and then within the next few months it was sold and completed! He literally turned the impossible disaster into a huge success. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him - he would always answer any calls within the hour if he was unavailable at the time. He always kept me updated with any progress and personally looked after every aspect of the sale from start to finish. If anyone is thinking of selling their property i would highly recommend Michael at Hobbs Property Agents, you won't be disappointed :)

The only suggestion I would make is that it would have been nice to receive a few more property recommendations that matched our criteria, although I completely appreciate that our requirements were quite specific and challenging. A special thank you to Matt, Nya, and Callum who kept the vibe up even when we felt like giving up on the search! keep up the fantastic work and keep dominating the Forest.
