I initially managed the cottage as lived next door, but when we moved, I found the whole process much more difficult. Murrays have sourced, vetted, and managed the tenants and organised repairs when required, whilst keeping me fully informed. I highly recommend Sarah and her team. Thank you- 5th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)Since moving to the area and hunting for the perfect house I have been obsessed by Murrays Instagram which is the best place to go to see what houses are coming up for sale. I have ended up buying a house from a Murrays client. Raph was amazing chasing when he needed to, but his help during the length negotiation process was really helpful. I felt like they were treating the buyer and seller fairly. I have met and chatted to most of the team while doing viewings etc and they are all so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend buying and selling with Murrays
27th Feb 2024 (7 weeks ago)All I can say is, if you are thinking of letting a property do not go with Farr and Farr on Oxtalls Way! Communication and customer service is non existent. I have just ended my fully managed agreement after 6 months of problem after problem. There are things that could have been resolved easily but because of the way they handle everything and the delays in responding I found myself getting more and more frustrated with them. I am not sure if they need retraining in customer service skills or better management to make the office more efficient. They are fine with straight forward tasks such as collecting the rent payment, issuing monthly invoices and paying the money but when it comes to answering questions and rectifying issues with the property they ignore emails and have no clue on how best to deal with problems.- 17th Nov 2023 (22 weeks ago)I am very pleased with the service I received from the Hamptons team in the buying process. Greg was extremely helpful in resolving my queries, willingly and promptly doing practical things at the house to resolve issues raised by the surveyor, as I was moving from a distance. Everyone I spoke with there was friendly and efficient, and happy to share local knowledge.

Having Bundy and Bond as our estate agents was pretty much the only part that was a fantastic experience of moving, which says alot about them and the conveyancing process in the UK! We spoke to a few estate agents initially and we chose them because they were clearly interested in getting a sale and getting it quickly, not putting it up for an inflated price and setting our expectations above what's possible. They delivered on this, with 3 viewings we had 2 offers so you can't argue with that efficiency! The only sticking point during the initial process was the quality of the sales brochure for our property. That being said Tina dealt with our concerns quickly and decisively, a new brochure was created and it led to a rapid sale. From the point of sale we dealt primarily with Geoff, who was tremendous. He answered all my calls promptly, always explained things clearly and even escalated to our solicitors when things weren’t getting done. Even when Geoff wasn’t around everyone else in the team did a great job picking up and helping, which was the exact opposite of my experience working with the estate agent on the other side of the chain. Overall I’m pleased we went with Bundy and Bond, and I’d recommend them to anyone else looking to sell their house locally!

Excellent and consistent 'can do' attitude from Matt, Theresa and Jamie plus that all important X-factor: a sense of humour. Couldn't fault them.
23rd Feb 2024 (8 weeks ago)Really friendly staff, but were not getting viewings after six months and reducing the price, so switched agents to refresh. Didn’t really get a lot of communication reassuring us when we went months without a viewing. I would say that when speaking with them they are very nice and can be attentive. I imagine that they would be able to sell had it been another property

Instead of just sending me off on my way, he took the time to get to know me, what I was looking for and subsequently he helped me as a property consultant, alerting me to new properties on the market/giving general buying advice (I finally got the perfect home!). When it comes to the Bristol market, he has unparalleled experience / knowledge, and his personal approach to deliver a genuinely excellent customer experience, is in my view, unique across the sector. Could not recommend him highly enough, and when it comes to selling my own home in the future, he will be the first call.
