Excellent photos and brochure, every viewing was handled by them and every stage of the sale was managed by them. We were confident in knowing the whole process was being totally professionally managed. We would only choose Whiteheads for our future estate agency business.

Laughable lack of communication. I can't even say that they are refusing to return the deposit, or made up an excuse to avoid doing it, as they have dropped all communications entirely.
