My journey started with meeting Lyndsey who was amazing and very helpful when showing me round the property - I had a very stressful first time buyer journey but it was all made so much easier by a certain member of the Hunters Tamworth team - Alisha Jenkins was outstanding! She was always one step ahead and made me feel confident that any outstanding issue would get resolved and she would get back to me with an update/answer the same day! Personally Alisha is a credit to the Tamworth team. Thank you all so much!

28th Aug 2024 (7 weeks ago)Worse agacy ever I'm have. If something broken like water leak you raport wait more then 7 days to somebody answer you. Same if you have any problem you send email you wait 7 days to reply from them. When you call nobody answer you leave voice massage not call you back. They call you tell you incredible story you have dog in home but you don't have. Never again cooperate with that agecy

We were kept updated regularly handling everything on our behalf, on what could be a stressful experience if you pick the wrong Estate Agent. They provided good photos & videos of their properties, arranged and confirmed viewings extremely quickly. They were very receptive on the phones, answering calls and resolving emails within minutes. They were very helpful throughout the buying process with useful information at the viewing etc. Cannot fault Mr Paul Tyson at Belvoir. Would recommend to anyone looking for their new home.
18th Mar 2024 (6 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
20th Sep 2024 (24 days ago)Buyer beware with this estate agent. We attempted to purchase a vacant and chain free property (as they advertised and reassured us many times), but that wasn’t true. When asked if they do any due diligence checks on the sellers, we were told that’s not their job. We tried to formally complain but have been ignored. Thousands lost in fees and they don’t care.
