We had a few viewings from them, there was an offer put in for the house mid December 2023. Client had over £200k of deposit. They pushed us to get solicitor etc buyer was ready to go. We did that at start of January 2024.We heard nothing, no even mention of Survey, until we pushed on 05/03/24,there was NO response. then the agent said they were arranging survey, under valued house by £100k, valued at standard 3 bed house. They got another survey arranged, this was then valued at £40k under. The Buyer should not have been allowed to view the property if they could NOT afford the property. I sent a message on 23/03/24 with drawing the property with them as they had wasted 4 months.. we had another offer from a different agent also in Dec but as we had accepted the offer from Scotts we went with them. Big mistake !!!

I have tried to find a property through on TheMarket Uk when I call the Joseph Scott I spoke to the lady take my details and never answer, and it’s not only one time I have tried 4 time I have proof for it they never call you back or maybe they don’t want me to rent from them.

Lincoln, from Joseph Scott, valued the property.
Lincoln arrived punctually and presented very professional and personable. He provided reams of information and observations, and helpful and honest comments regarding the state of the local market, as well as work of the agency. His enthusiasm and commitment were pulpable and breadth of knowledge and experience reassuring. Written confirmation of valuation followed the next day, as promised.
I will be asking Joseph Scott to act on my behalf as sole agents.
