Space Residential has always been extremely helpful . They have found me the best most reliable tenants . They keep tabs on them for us and importantly they are Alwsys immediately at the end of the phone if there any issues ( rarely )
I would happily recommend Space if you are looking to rent your property .

After an unsuccessful attempt to sell our flat we dismissed our former agents and replaced them with Space. From day 1 Dan and Mandy were on the ball, demonstrating market knowledge and applying it to our specific locality to achieve a realistic offer within 2 weeks of instruction. The sale process (and its related purchase) was an extremely stressful time but Space responded to emails and picked up the phone at all times offering sensible and practical advice on the unfolding situation. I have bee using SPACE for over 10 year for my letting property. They have always advised me on new legislation's and even found tradesmen to help me with some odd jobs. I do not need to set a reminder in my diary for renewal as I know they will always remind me closer to the time.
They are very professional and seems to be on the Ball! and also ensure they find the right tenants at all times. I will use SPACE always and recommend them too.

Space Residential have been amazing from start to finish. We have been working in partnership for twelve years, where they acted as managing agent for my rental property. They were always there whenever I needed them, sorted out problems with the tenants without a hitch, and made everything run smoothly.
They then came to sell my property for me. Within one day of instruction they had been in person to talk to the tenants and discuss with them what needed to be done, they valued and photographed the flat, calculated at what price it should go on the market, and put it up for sale online. Daniel was amazing at negotiating with potential buyers, and we agreed a sale within a week. We then completed within the month. Quite extraordinary.
I can only recommend them extremely highly. From both a lettings and sales perspective they will only do you right. The team are well-informed, generous, friendly, efficient, and deal with your every need for any property service that you might require. Thank you Space Residential!
