We met Natalie Leon a few years back when we first started our search for the forever home, during that time she has seen us go from a family of 3 to a family of 4! Yet, she has always been patient with our changing requirements as we realised what we wanted and what was most important to us. Natalie is very professional and has always lent a friendly bit of advice when needed. She was continuously on hand to promptly answer any questions or concern by phone, message or in person to the extent that we felt we were her main clients. From viewing over 20+ properties with her, Natalie knows Mill Hill extremely well and has incredible knowledge and she has given us outstanding service to the finishing line!

I found a flat that I loved in Mill Hill . It was one that was advertised as having a share of the freehold.
I made an offer which was accepted, booked a survey and when it came back it transpired that it was in fact just a bog standard leasehold. When I complained to the negotiator who had shown me round she just shrugged. £600 plus VAT out of pocket and not as happy camper.

The entire team at Richard James are professional, extremely experienced, and very approachable. I would have no hesitation in recommending Richard James looking to buy or sell a property in Mill Hill.
Front the start of the process, Richard made a discreet no obligation approach to see if I was interested in selling my property off market to a potential purchaser. I explored the opportunity with Natalie from the sales team and within a matter of a few weeks, we agreed a sale which surpassed our expectations. Natalie was amazing from start to finish and worked with both the purchaser and ourselves to ensure everyone was happy with the agreed outcome.
Richard and Natalie even went the extra mile when required to deal with difficult solicitors and even find a short-term rental property for our purchasers. This kind of service and pragmatic approach to selling and buying a property is just not expected, but Richard and Natalie did it with a smile and good grace – thank you.

I just bought a house from Richard James. I am not a big fan of real estate agents, particularly when you are buying, but I can’t praise Richard James enough about their professionalism, transparency and fairness when dealing with the sale of this property. Dealt personally with both Richard and James and they were both great to ensure a swift transaction, being fair, transparent, honest and a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. They were always very efficient and quick in answering and addressing all our questions and concerns. Their professionalism standards are top notch and my experience with them has been an absolute pleasure from the day the showed us the property to completion - completely different class to other agencies in the area. They were so nice that they sent us a welcome gift when we moved in! I have no doubt to use Richard James if & when we sell our property in the future and couldn’t recommend them more highly!
