I would highly recommend Ellis & Co. I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Adam Wolman regarding the sale of our family home and the purchase of a new smaller home for my mother, who is in her late eighties, I cannot recommend him highly enough. Wanted to share our experience with Ellis & Co with particular praise for Adam who was amazing throughout a long drawn out process due to probate. His professionalism, communication, expertise, friendliness and all round helpfulness made the process stress free. I couldn’t recommend using Ellis & Co more. A+++ Service
By way of comparison, we previously sold a property using Purple Bricks which was the total opposite experience, stressful, no communication and no help. Although cheaper, the stress was not worth the money saved.

Exceptional experience, and I have to name Adam Wolman here in particular. His patience, tolerance, perseverance and understanding is a massive reason to why I got my house! I had a torrid experience with every solicitor associated to this purchase and the only thing that kept me sane was Adam. We've become friends in the process which goes to show just how good he is at understanding my requirements, challenges etc.
Adam did not once try to 'sell' me the house. He was there to answer my questions and even now that the process is complete I find myself calling him asking questions that simply isn't a part of his job.
This will sound ridiculous but I've already promised Adam that if I buy my next home in the area, I'll only be working with him.

Adam dealt with our transaction from start to finish. We believe from both Adam and our Soclictors that the parties involved were the most difficult landlords they had ever experienced in a property sale, I kid you not! The diligence and persistence in getting hor property sold by Adam was unfounded. His effort, kindness and positivity got us through to completion. Most other agents would have not bothered!
