Jack and Tony were extremely Professional and efficient. No ask was too much and they were more than happy to arrange/rearrange viewings of my property to suit me. Queries were answered quickly and the process was explained at each stage. Communication was great. I used Goodfellows to sell a property recently and was very happy with the service provided. Firstly their knowledge of the market in South Merton was the most informed of any of the agents I spoke to which allowed me to feel confident in establishing an asking price. They then were able to generate significant interest and obtain an excellent offer for the property. Through the execution of the sale they kept me informed at every stage and by keeping close contact with the buyer were able to forsee a potential problem with financing of the purchase which they were able to overcome by negotiating with the buyer and changing the finance structure. We've used Goodfellows twice now and they have been great. It was mainly Jack who helped us with the sale of our property and did an amazing job getting us over the line on 30 June, despite some issues with solicitors - Jack did all he could to fight our corner to get it through before the end of the stamp duty holiday and despite what must have been huge amounts of pressure on his shoulders at the time, remained calm, responsive and reassuring. He was consistently on the ball throughout the process and very diplomatic. Tony gave us some great advice when we were considering putting our property back on the market, and our experience of him has been super too and was the reason we wanted to go back to Goodfellows a second time.
