27th Sep 2024 (11 weeks ago)I recently had a viewing with your property company and I must say, the experience was rather mixed. On one hand, the lady who facilitated the viewing was very professional, a clear asset to your team. However, regrettably, I had a grossly different encounter with the manager. Their behaviour was disappointing, falling short of what one would expect of a professional in such a prominent role. This unprofessionalism overshadowed my experience and has left me with concerns regarding future interactions.

Anna M was very friendly at our viewing, as well as Sam who helped us in the first stages of our house purchase. And a big thanks to Frank who was constantly in touch to eventually get us over the finishing line!

Rowan’s professional, personable and incredibly helpful with our house search (which’s a bumpy journey that lasts almost a year). His expertise and dedication really impressed me and we felt very lucky that we’ve finally secured the property together with his support. It’s definitely a big highlight of our year! From start to finish Rowan was very quick to confirm our viewings, readily available to unblock issues when they happen and maintain great communication among all parties throughout an incredibly stressful process. I was a first time seller and they made it so easy and accessible. Nick was the one I met first when he put me on the books. Then along came Chris, Max, Jason and of course Nathaniel. They were all such a friendly bunch that I felt comfortable about being able to make contact with them at any time. Nathaniel was committed and professional and made himself so available to answer any queries that cropped up, which were many! So 5 stars guys, you earned it!
