Wouldnt use these again if we can help it. The guy showed up late to our viewing on a house then proceeded to rush us through it like it was our fault. After dealing with other companies who are much better, Bartlams just don't seem to care much when it comes to showing buyers around or answering any questions.

We had three estate agents to value our late fathers house. Tim was the only one of the three we had confidence in. His experience and judgement on the valuation was spot on and was the only one of the three who did a bit of investigation on the property before visiting. The staff in the office were informative, polite and very helpful. Excellent service! I would recommend Bartlams should you wish to sell your property in the Wolverhampton and south Staffs area. I had confidence in their ability from start to finish.
