We took instructions from Bartlams in respect of the sale of our home. From the outset they were professional, honest and had our best interests at heart. They were totally committed to providing us with up to date information and support when the interests in our home both rose and fell.
They gave us realistic advice regarding pricing and promoting of the property and maintained a healthy and robust contact policy with us.
At all times the staff were courteous and engaging and supportive up until the point of sale.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Bartlams if you wish to ride upon the selling your home merry go round in the near future

We decided to go with Bartlams in Tettenhall after we were getting nowhere with another estate agent after months of having our property on the market and we do not regret switching to Bartlams at all. They were excellent from start to finish and sold our property within weeks of it going up. They were really helpful with any questions and concerns we had and made us feel at ease. Ben, Jodie and Deanne were brilliant and are a credit to the organisation. We are so grateful for their hard work. I would highly recommend going with them.

Phillip was very professional throughout. Even though my first sale fell through, Phillip quickly found another buyer for me.
