From the initial valuation with Adam to completion with Jo, the whole team took care of everything for me including accompanying prospective buyers and held my hand through the whole process. I have to be honest it’s been quite a lengthy journey and I couldn’t have done it without their dedication to the final goal. I cannot reccomend Skitts highly enough , they where amazing from start to finish. First consultation provided us with information about the property market which was really helpfull as we had not sold for more than 30years , asking price advice was also helpfull as we were so out of touch. We were given time to discuss things and although we felt the asking price was too high we were advised to go in at "offers around", this proved to be the right move because we sold in two days(would have been one but for the weekend). Actually got more than the figure that we thought was too high so really happy with that. Apart from the price being more than our expectations the service we recieved was brilliant much much better than our last experience. Kept us informed every step of the way I would definately reccomend Skitts to anyone .... Read more
