We recently sold two properties and purchased one with Lancastrian Estates and they were nothing but exceptional from start to finish. We viewed a property that was advertised with Lancastrian and from that experience we decided to sell our two properties with them and we were not disappointed. They arrange block viewings on both properties that we were selling and both sold in a week! The communications from everyone that we dealt with were fantastic all the way through and they kept us up to date on a regular basis with the status of each property. I would highly recommend Lancastrian Estates to anyone looking to sell their property.

If you need to sell a house you'll not do better than Lancastrian Estates. I've used Lancastrian on two occasions to sell my house and I can't fault the service provided. Matthew Kitchen is excellent to deal with when the initial valuation is carried out and offers great advice and guidance throughout the whole process. The office staff also provide excellent customer service and are great to deal with.
I've also been on the opposite end of the chain when purchasing a house and have received the same level of excellent customer service.
I wouldn't use anyone else.

What a GREAT estate agents- keeping me posted with appropriate properties to purchase for a number of years, now!
They sent me a truly entertaining 'Virtual tour' of their most recent bungalow for sale, which really cheered me up.

Having dealt with Matthew in regards to land and a commercial project. He has always found me great investments and in turn a fantastic purchase. I have worked with Matthew going forward on other projects. He has been very professional and works at a brilliant pace. Would 100% recommend him if you have a commercial asset in the area

Having dealt with Matthew on the residential side previously it was just as easy dealing with him again on the commercial side. Matthew was very professional, attentive and pro active. Having gone through figures, yield and return on investment numerous times we found ourselves jumping on a great opportunity located on Morecambe sea front. If you have a commercial investment or land I would 100% recommend Matthew at Lancastrian Estates.

We tried to buy a house through them which ended up falling through because the sellers changed their minds about the sale (which of course is not the fault of Lancastrian Estates). However, we did not have the best experience with Lancastrian Estates either. Firstly, they charged us £30 per person (£60 in total) for AML checks the moment our offer was accepted - not every estate agent passes this fee on to clients. Secondly, Lancastrian Estates repeatedly assured us that the sellers were keen on selling, even though we were getting very different vibes off the sellers, just from the time it was taking them to respond to even simple questions from us, and from the fact that 6 weeks after agreeing the sale we had yet to receive a memorandum of sale. We had already sank money into having surveys done, instructing solicitors etc and would have paid even more into the process if we hadn't trusted our guts. When the sellers pulled out, we got a quick phone call from Lancastrian Estates to say that the sale was off - no further support, no other property recommendations etc. Kerry, who was following the progression of the sale up until that point, just stopped responding to emails from us. After we had spent almost £500 (on ID checks, surveys etc) they completely ignored us.
We are now making another purchase through a different estate agent and the experience is so much better - no AML fees, better communication, more after sales support...

I've both purchased and sold property through Lancastrian and they've been professional, calm and thorough throughout both processes. Their videos & images for sale listings are excellent. Staff have always responded to emails quickly & taken initiative to help move things along.
